Orders placement

• Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order, you can do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods. We will ship your package within the delivery time that is stated at the individual product page. An email message is sent when the order is ready for shipping.

Delivery times:

Standard delivery is made to order.

• The delivery time is 4-6 weeks + shipping time. Stock levels are indicated at the individual item page. 
• If there is no stock level indication, the delivery time is "made to order" = 4 to 6 weeks + shipping time.

Orders from stock:

• If an item can be delivered from stock the delivery time is 1 week + shipping time. Stock levels are indicated at the individual item page.

Orders from stock that need resizing:

• If an item can be delivered from stock but the size needs to be adjusted the delivery time is 2 weeks + shipping time. Stock levels are indicated at the individual item page. Additional sizing costs may apply. 
• Please contact us if you need another size then the available stock shows.

Shipping destinations:

• We ship both locally, in EU and many other countries. When it is not possible to select a shipping option we unfortunately do not ship to your country at the moment. When ordering you can also choose to pick up your order in the store in The Hague if that's more convenient!

Total processing time: This is the time we need to make, process and ship your order in total. 

• The items can be shipped after we made it. 
• Check the 'delivery times' (the time it takes to make and process the order) and add the 'shipping times' (time it takes to deliver the order with a courier) to know the total processing time it takes before your order is in your home.

Shipping times: This is the time it takes to deliver the ready order with a courier. (add "delivery time" for total processing time)

• Local orders take 2-5 business days  to be delivered to you. Because we make the jewelry on order, we ship when it is ready, within 4-6 weeks. We ship with the courier service Mikropakket. You are notified through email when it ships. 
• International/EU orders take 3-5 business days to be delivered. Dutch Courier Mikropakket partners with local couriers in your country to deliver. We ship within the same 4-6 weeks. You are notified through email when it ships.
• World takes 2-5 weeks to be delivered. Mostly it takes 2-3 weeks. We ship within the same 4-6 weeks that is needed to make your order. You are notified through email when it ships. Due to local costums and corona related circumstances delivery can be longer. 
• Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.
• Check the 'delivery times' (that is the time it takes to make and process the order) and add the 'shipping times' (time it takes to deliver the order with a courier) to know the total processing time it takes before your order is in your home.
• When time is an issue please call or email us to ask if we might have the desired Style in our limited stock in the right color and size. eventual sizing takes 1-2 weeks, and shipping time stays the same. 

Tracking your parcel:

• The courier service does not work with a track & trace code. But it's easy: when you might not be home when the parcel is offered, the courier leaves a note with a telephone number that you can call to make a new delivery appointment.

Shipping cost:

• Orders over €400 will have free shipping. 
• Outside EU customers please pay attention: Local taxes and costum /import fees may apply on your order. You are responsible for paying those eventual additional fees.  Ask your local costum office for the fees and taxes that might apply.
• Orders under €400 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout. 

Insurance: 

• All parcels are standard shipped with the value insured and with added signed personal delivery. Please keep in mind to add the name of an other person (for example a person at the administration at your work) that is allowed to sign for, and accept your order. For example Name: 'Your Name / Mister Other Person'. Otherwise it can only be delivered to 'Your Name'. 
• Is not possible to have it delivered to a person without a stated name. "The Neighbours" (in Dutch "De Buren".) In that case it counts as a failed delivery, and a note will be left in your mail box with a number to call to make a new the delivery appointment.

International taxes and fees

International taxes might be applied depending on your country's taxes policy. You / The customer is responsible for paying the eventual additional international taxes and fees. 

Customs duty is calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods:

The percentage or rate varies depending on the type of goods. You can check the tariff applicable in the TARIC database for EU (for silver jewelry state the code 7114110000 for gold state code 7114190000) and Import calculator for USA.

The customs value is made up of:

• the price paid for the goods,
• the insurance cost,
• the shipping cost.
